By decision of 11 February 2016, ANACOM approved an amendment to the title of rights of use of frequencies ANACOM no. 03/2012 allocated to Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais (Vodafone Portugal) for terrestrial electronic communications services, with effect from 24 December 2015. This decision also requires modification of the National Table of Frequency Allocations and Frequency Information System.
The amendment adopted by ANACOM results from the return, by Vodafone Portugal, of frequencies in the 895.1 - 898.1 MHz and 940.1 - 943.1 MHz bands, in fulfilment of the condition set out in the right of use of frequencies and as a result of the Multiband Auction Regulation.
