The ERGP held its plenary meeting on 3 December 2015 in Brussels.
The meeting was dedicated to approving the reports on: i) quality of service, complaint handling and consumer protection in 2014 (trend analysis); ii) key indicators for monitoring the European postal market; iii) legal systems applicable to the European market for delivery of cross-border e-commerce parcels; iv) joint ERGP-BEREC opinion on price transparency and regulatory oversight; and v) possible impact of application of article 12 of the Postal Directive.
Also approved were the flash reports on quality of service, complaint handling and consumer protection in 2014 (trend analysis) and on key indicators for monitoring the European postal market.
The plenary session adopted for public consultation until 18 January 2016 the document on the ERGP’s working programme for 2016.
The ERGP’s chair for 2017 was elected: Angelo Cardani, head of the Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni (Agcom), Italy’s national regulatory authority (NRA).
