By final decision of 17 December 2015, ANACOM has approved a rate of 9.3247% for the cost of capital of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) in respect of the 2015 financial year.
The respective draft decision had been notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities (NRAs) of the other Member States of the European Union (EU). On 27 November 2015, the EC responded with no comment.
This final decision was notified to the EC and BEREC.
