Amendment to the right of use of frequencies allocated to Vodafone for terrestrial electronic communications services

On 18 June 2015, ANACOM approved a draft decision on amending the right of use of frequencies in the 2100 MHz band allocated to Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties under the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure laid down in Article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114). In both cases, interested parties are given a period of twenty working days to comment.
