Study by the company Indera - Estudos Económicos, conducted at ANACOM's request, on how reductions in mobile network termination rates have impacted the market, competition and consumers.
The study has two strands:
- Billing - examining the effects of reductions in mobile termination pricing on MTS providers and consumers.
- Survey - from the viewpoint of MTS users, particularly as regards the factors affecting decisions to join and stay on a MTS provider's network, roaming valuation factors and substitutability between voice calls over the Internet and MTS.
