The "ANACOM Prize - Economics of ICTs", constituted as part of the ''ANACOM Young Researcher Award '', has been assigned for the following article:
- "Measuring the Effects of Search Costs on Equilibrium Prices and Profits", by Tiago Miguel Castanheira Correia Costa Pires (University of North Carolina).
The award was presented on 10 April 2015, during the "6th Workshop on the Economics of ICTs" by João Confraria, Member of ANACOM's Management Board.
The workshop took place on 9 and 10 April, at the University of Évora; it was jointly organised by the Center for Advanced Studies in Management and Economics of the Universidade de Évora (CEFAGE-UE) and the Center for Economics and Finance at the University of Porto (CEF.UP).
