By decision of 1 April 2015, and following an audit of the restated results of the SCA - Sistema de contabilidade analítica (Analytical Accounting System) used by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, S.A. (formerly PT Comunicações, S.A. - PTC) with reference to the 2012 financial year, ANACOM has approved a final decision on the operating margins of the telex, telegraph, terrestrial broadcasting and mobile maritime services.
Approval has also been given to the publication of a notice in Diário da República (Official Journal) concerning the declarations attesting to the compliance of MEO's SCA with the applicable regulations, with reference to the 2010, 2011 and 2012 financial years.
