EWG NN meeting - Brussels

The expert working group on Net Neutrality (EWG NN) met last 10-11 March 2015, in Brussels. The aim of the meeting was to complete the draft associated to the feasibility study for a system to monitor the quality of Europe-wide internet access service, and also to finish the report analysing the study about how net neutrality impacts the change of internet access service provider, commissioned by BEREC to independent consultancies.

Also finished was a questionnaire to ascertain whether there are eventual candidates among national regulatory authorities (NRAs) with testing tools that are already operational, so that pilot tests can be conducted by placing test servers in different European countries using software provided by those NRAs.

This working group will meet monthly during the first half of 2015.
