The report of the consultation on the process of definition of relevant markets, significant market power (SMP) evaluation and obligation imposition (1st stage), launched on 30 May 2003, is today made available. This report, developed in association with an international consultant, is available in English, the Portuguese version being due to be published shortly. The contributions received from interested parties shall also be disclosed, as foreseen at the consultation launching.
The ''Methodologies for market definition and market analysis'' report, prepared by a consortium of consultants ANACOM resorted to and mentioned in the consultation document (chapter 2, point 4), is likewise available on this website.
