By final decision of 5 March 2015, ANACOM has approved the evaluation procedures related to the ITED manual (3rd edition) and ITUR (2nd edition).
The evaluation procedures, as now approved, seek to ensure that telecommunications infrastructure in buildings (ITED) and telecommunications infrastructure in housing developments, urban settlements and concentrations of buildings (ITUR) properly support provision of the services for which they were designed, also providing for a secure connection to electronic communications networks.
These procedures are mandatory for installers, and enter into force immediately, i.e. on the date of the present publication.
