From the 22nd to the 24th October 2003, the 11th Conference of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) will be held in Nice (France).
This event was organized by the European Radiocommunications Office (ERO), within the scope of CEPT, and aims especially at promoting the work of the organization, as well as addressing the most current issues regarding the sector of postal and electronic communications.
Professor Maria do Carmo Seabra, member of the Board of Directors of ICP ? ANACOM, will participate in the conference speaker panel, the program of which will cover a wide range of themes, such as the implementation of the new European Union (EU) regulatory package, spectrum trading, convergence of markets and technologies and impact of the Internet, among others.
