Identification of the undertakings required to contribute to the electronic communications universal service compensation fund and establishment of the value of said contributions to the CLSU (2007-2009)

By determination of 19 December 2014, ANACOM has approved a draft decision listing the undertakings required to contribute to the electronic communications universal service compensation fund and setting the value of the extraordinary contributions, as regards the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service) to be compensated for the period prior to the designation, by tender, of the universal service provider for the years 2007-2009.

This draft decision has been submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties, in accordance with articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), for a period of 10 working days.
