By decision of 21 November 2014, ANACOM has approved the criteria to govern the pricing of postal services comprising the universal service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT), as will apply in the 2015-2017 three-year period.
These criteria replace the rules on pricing laid down in the universal postal service's Convénio de preços (Price Convention) of 10 July 2008, as amended on 9 July 2010 and as provisionally in force in accordance with paragraph 7 of article 57 of the Lei Postal (Postal Law).
Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decision, approved on 01 August 2013, was submitted.
