Final results of audit of the net costs of universal service re-submitted by PT Comunicações (2010-2011)

By decision of 20 November 2014, ANACOM has approved a decision on the final results of the audit of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service) with respect to the 2010 and 2011 financial years, as re-submitted by PT Comunicações (PTC).

Approval was given on the same date to the report on the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decision (approved on 25 September 2014) was submitted. In response to these procedures, contributions were received from the following undertakings: DECO - Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection), NOS, SGPS (in its own name and on behalf of its subsidiaries NOS Comunicações, NOS Açores Comunicações and NOS Madeira Comunicações); PT Comunicações (PTC); and Vodafone Portugal, Comunicações Pessoais.
