By determination of 13 November 2014, ANACOM has ruled that the content of documents submitted by PT Comunicações (PTC) on 1 July and 11 November 2013, in execution of ANACOM's decision of 16 May 2013 on the evolution of the digital terrestrial television (DTT) network, is non-confidential in nature.
This decision was made while taking into account an opinion given by CADA - Comissão de Acesso aos Documentos Administrativos (Committee on Access to Administrative Documents), which confirmed ICP-ANACOM's position that the information included in these documents did not contain or reveal confidential information.
It was also decided to submit this draft decision to a prior hearing of PTC, in accordance with articles 100 et seq. of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) for a period of 10 working days following notification of the present determination.
