By decision of 13 November 2014, ANACOM has approved the questionnaire on coverage (with regard to voice services and data services up to 9600 bps, data services with transmission speeds of 144 kbps and data services with transmission speeds of 384 kbps), on quality of service and on the implementation of site-sharing policy.
This new questionnaire, which amends and replaces the annual questionnaire approved by ANACOM decision of 17 November 2011, defines the time-limits for responses by MEO, NOS and Vodafone Portugal.
Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing of interested parties to which the respective draft decision, as approved on 21 August 2014, was submitted.
