The September/October issue of the Spectru monthly newsletter contains reports on the allocation of a temporary digital terrestrial television (DTT) network licence to PT Comunicações (PTC) and on ANACOM's DTT monitoring probe network, now fully operational.
Other highlights include the ANACOM-approved determinations regarding postal network density objectives and the revised costs of regulating the activity of supplier of electronic communication networks and services, as well as the consultations on universal service costs and on the report concerning evaluation of markets.
