Lisbon hosted last 11 September a meeting of the ERGP subgroup on End User Satisfaction and Monitoring of Market Outcomes. The participants focused on completing the reports being developed:
- report with indicators for quality of service, complaint processing and user protection, with respect to financial year 2013;
- report on implementation by national regulatory authorities (NRAs) of the postal sector monitoring indicators the ERGP suggested in 2012 in its ERGP (12) 32 report;
- report on best practices regarding quality of service, complaint processing and user protection - comments received under the public consultation (from 1 July to 29 August 2014) on the report were studied and a decision made on how they would be considered in the report's final version.
