Final results of the audit of the net costs of the universal service (2010-2011) re-submitted by PTC

By determination of 25 September 2014, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the final results of the audit of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service provision) re-submitted by PT Comunicações (PTC) with respect to the 2010 to 2011 periods.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to a hearing of interested parties, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure laid down in article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended and republished by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September). Under both procedures, a period of 20 working days is provided for interested parties to comment.
