Rules governing the inventory of assets attached to the CTT concession

By determination of 24 July 2014, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the rules governing the inventory of assets attached to the CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) concession, to be applied from the 2014 financial year inclusive.

This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of CTT, pursuant to and in accordance with paragraph 4 of Base XIV of the universal postal service concession bases, as approved by Decree-Law no. 448/99 of 4 November, republished in annex to Decree-Law no. 160/2013 of 19 November - and in accordance with Articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code). CTT is given a period of 20 working days to set out, if it so sees fit, its position in writing.
