The European Commission has launched a computer system, under the Commission Recommendation 2003/561/EC, of 23 July 2003, aiming to implement the notification, deadline and consultation procedures provided for in Article 7 of Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 7 March 2002, on a common regulatory framework for the electronic communications networks and services.
