Use of the term "unlimited" to describe offers of electronic communications services

By determination of 19 June 2014, ANACOM has approved the final decision on the use of the term "unlimited" to describe offers of electronic communications services.

Approval was also given to the report on the public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision (determination of 23 January 2014) was submitted. Under this procedure, contributions were received from the following undertakings: Cabovisão - Televisão por Cabo and Onitelecom - Infocomunicações; Portugal Telecom, S.G.P.S. (Grupo PT); Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais; Optimus - Comunicações, ZON TV Cabo Portugal, ZON TV Cabo Madeirense and ZON TV Cabo Açoreana (ZON Optimus).
