During its 19th Plenary session, held on 5 and 6 June 2014 in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) adopted an opinion on the European Commission's Recommendation on Relevant Markets, with focus on the retail markets of access to the public telephone network at a fixed location and telephone services provided at a fixed location (market 1) and wholesale market for call origination on the public telephone network at a fixed location (market 2).
