By determination of 12 June 2014, ANACOM has approved the final decision on the results of the audit carried out on the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service) reported by PT Comunicações (PTC) for the years 2010 and 2011, including a position on the various issues raised.
Accordingly, taking the results of the audit into account, the accounts presented by PTC on 29 January 2014 were approved and the CLSU values were determined as 24,662,548.33 euros for 2010 and 25,205,213.31 euros for 2011.
Furthermore, PTC was ordered to resubmit new CLSU estimates for 2010-2011, within fifteen working days following the adoption of the decisions of ICP-ANACOM as to the conformity of the reformulated results of the SCA - Sistema de contabilidade analítica (Analytical Accounting System) with respect to 2010 and 2011. The resubmitted estimates are to reflect the changes that have been made to the SCA for the years in question.
It was decided to submit the CLSU estimates presented by PTC following the prior determination to the new audit procedure in order to confirm that the re-submitted values are in conformance with changes made to the SCA.
On the same date, approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decision was submitted after being approved on 21 March 2014.
