Since 12 June 2014, ANACOM has been operating a centre to report notifications of security breaches or losses of integrity on electronic communications networks and services having significant impact on interconnected networks and users.
Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the centre receives updated information from companies in real time on security breaches or losses of integrity which significantly affect the functioning of public communications networks or publicly available electronic communications services. Notifications to the centre must be sent by email to notifica@anacom.ptmailto:notifica@anacom.pt.
The circumstances, format and procedures applicable to companies with obligations to notify security breaches or losses of integrity were defined by ANACOM determination of 12 December 2013.
