On 28 May 2014, the European Commission (EC) published the ''Digital Agenda Scoreboard'', with data indicating that the EC is on track to accomplish 95 of its 101 digital objectives for 2015. The Scoreboard highlights growing use of the Internet by citizens and businesses, and increasing confidence and skills in information and communication technologies (ICT); it also reports on the progress of each Member State in achieving the goals of the Digital Agenda.
