By determination of 24 July 2003, the draft decision on the amending of the interconnection regime for the access to switched data transmission services, to be introduced by PT Comunicações in the reference interconnection offer for 2003 (RIO 2003), was approved. This determination was notified to interested parties, who are entitled to assess the issue in writing, within 15 days, pursuant to article 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
