The Independent Regulators Group (IRG) adopted new Principles of Implementation and Best Practice (PIBs) regarding itemised billing, in its last plenary meeting, held on 9 July in Austria, Vienna.
IRG integrates not only the National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) in representation of the fifteen European Union (EU) member-States, but also the NRAs delegates of Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and the ten new member-States preparing to join European Union.
