By determination of 10 April 2014, ANACOM has decided to allow an extension of five working days to the prior hearing of interested parties and to the general consultation procedure being held on its draft decision on the results of the audit of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service provision) reported by PT Comunicações (PAC) with respect to the 2010 and 2011 financial periods. As such, responses must now be submitted no later than 02 May 2014.
Respondents are reminded that once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses, excluding any items considered confidential.
