The March 2014 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin reports that ANACOM has launched its online library, enabling access to this Authority’s bibliographic catalogue and providing information about online data and services across various subject areas. Other news items concern the final draft of the third edition of the manual for telecommunication installations in buildings (ITED), final decisions on the calculation methodology and financial burden vis-à-vis the net costs of universal postal service, the international roaming questionnaire (13th data specification model concerning roaming in public mobile telephone networks in the European Union) and the new digital terrestrial television (DTT) signal monitoring project.
Other highlights of this issue include the release of fourth quarter 2013 statistics and creation of the eCall working group (WG eCall), whose mission is to present a draft decree-law on the pan-European automatic emergency call system in the European Union (EU).
