On 24 July, the European Commission approved a Decision, published in the following day in the Official Journal of the European Union, which establishes a minimum set of leased lines with adjusted characteristics, as well as the respective norms, pursuant to article 18 of the Directive 2002/22/CE of the European Parliament and the Council, of 7 March, on the universal service and the users? rights concerning the electronic communication networks and services.
