By determination of 21 March 2014, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the results of the audit of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service provision) reported by PT Comunicações with respect to the 2010 and 2011 financial periods.
It was decided to submit this draft decision to a hearing of interested parties and to the general consultation procedure laid down in article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law). Under both procedures, a period of 20 working days has been provided for comments. Responses should be sent no later than 23 April 2014, by email to auditoria-clsu2010e2011@anacom.ptmailto:auditoria-clsu2010e2011@anacom.pt1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential.
