By determination of 6 February 2014, ANACOM has approved a decision to renew right of use of frequencies ICP-ANACOM no. 07/2006, allocated to PT Comunicações (PTC) for the operation of fixed wireless access systems (FWA). The right is renewed for a period of 10 years as from 10 December 2014, while the title as currently worded, issued on 23 November 2006, remains in force until that date.
PTC was also ordered to notify ANACOM as to which central stations it intends to deactivate, for the purposes of amending radio licence no. 506370 associated with this right of use.
The report on the prior hearing and public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, following determination of 12 December 2013, was also approved on this date.
