On 30 January 2014, ANACOM approved a rectification of its determination of 7 February 2012, as amended by determinations of 23 March 2012, 5 July 2012 and 19 August 2013, as regards the conditions and specifications of each of the provisions constituting the universal service pursuant to the process of designating the provider(s) of the universal service of electronic communications.
The adopted decision stems from differences identified between the provisions of the cited determination and the document ETSI EG 202 057-1, as regards a specific aspect related to the method of measuring the quality of service parameter 'complaints about billing claims' (PQS6). The identified divergence is a clerical error and needs to be corrected.
