By determination of 30 January 2014, ANACOM has approved a draft decision amending the definition of ''bundle of services'' used in the quarterly survey of electronic communications at a fixed location and nomadic voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) services.
This decision stems from the need to eliminate the reference made to the ''commercial offer of a single provider'' in the current definition of bundles of services for the purpose of reporting statistical indicators of electronic communications services at a fixed location, as approved by determination of 3 March 2011.
It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties for a period of 20 working days under the terms of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
