The plenary meeting of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) was held last 21 November in Luxembourg and approved the reports on specific aspects of cost allocation, on quality of service and consumer satisfaction, and the opinion on follow-up of the green paper on the cross-border parcel market. It also approved the ERGP’s working programme for 2014, a document which will be submitted to public consultation.
The participants elected Feliksas Dobrovolskis, the general director of Lithuania’s RTR, as ERGP chair in 2015 and vice-chair in 2014.
