By determination of 31 October 2013, ANACOM has approved a revision of the settlement of fees due in respect of the activity of supplier of publicly available electronic communication services, for 2011 and 2012. This decision follows a correction made to the amount of relevant revenues of PT Comunicações (PTC) as a function of the final values of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service provision) in respect of these financial periods.
The upward correction of the amount of relevant revenues of PTC determines an increase in the total relevant revenues reported by Band 2 companies - suppliers of electronic communication networks and services, impacting the value of the t2 contributory percentages. These percentages are revised to 0.5170 percent for 2011 and 0.5463 percent for 2012.
These new t2 percentages imply the revision of corresponding settlements, made in respect of 2011 and 2012, charged to suppliers of electronic communications networks and services. ANACOM will undertake this revision without delay.
