The ERGP working group on End Users Satisfaction and Monitoring of Market Incomes met last 5 September in Prague to put finishing touches on the reports being produced by this subgroup, concerning: i) postal sector statistical indicators; ii) quality of service, including complaints handling; and iii) report on best practices in matters of quality of service, complaints and user protection.
