The ERGP working group on Cross Border Issues met last 4 September in Bucharest. The participants discussed the ERGP opinion document in response to the request from the European Commission (EC) on accompaniment of the green paper on the parcel delivery market in a context of e-commerce growth in the European Union (EU), with emphasis on analysis of this market in a context of ex-ante regulation.
