Data presented by PTC regarding the execution of DTT/DTH subsidy and reimbursement programmes
Set of indicators to be disseminated by ANACOM
For the purposes of monitoring and analysing the performance of obligations stipulated pursuant to the Right of Use of Frequencies granted to it, PTC has been submitting a set of data to ICP-ANACOM, enabling verification of its execution of the DTT/DTH subsidy and reimbursement programmes.
Given the nature of these programmes, in terms of public interest and importance, it was considered important to define a set of non-confidential indicators for the purposes of public dissemination by ICP-ANACOM. With a view to this definition, two levels of disclosure were considered:
- Level 1
Widespread dissemination as ICP-ANACOM sees fit to undertake, on its own initiative, by means of reports or other documents, such as press releases or responses to requests from the public, by means of publication on its website or by other means.
- Level 2
Disclosure upon specific request on a case-by-case basis.
The relevant indicators are listed below, grouped according to disclosure levels 1 and 2 as described above. The indicators considered for level 1 were also considered eligible for level 2 disclosure.
These indicators shall be available for disclosure from the date on which the respective communications from PTC are received by the services of ICP-ANACOM.
