Draft decision on CTT's request to deduct records affected by general strike in June 2013 from calculation of quality of service indicators

By determination of 4 September 2013, ANACOM has approved a draft decision rejecting the request presented by CTT - Correios de Portugal to deduct records covering the sending of non-priority (correio normal) and priority (correio azul) mail affected directly by the general strike held by the company's employees on 7 June 2013, for the purposes of calculating the quality of service indicators defined pursuant to paragraph 5 of article 6 of the Convénio de qualidade do serviço postal universal (Universal Postal Service Quality Convention)

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of CTT, for a period of 10 working days, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
