Withdrawal of draft decision regarding the wholesale market for call termination on the public telephone network at a fixed location

By decision of 14 August 2013, it was determined to withdraw the draft decision on the “Wholesale market for call termination on the public telephone network at a fixed location - definition of product and geographic markets, SMP assessment and the imposition, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations”. This draft decision had been approved by determination of 12 July 2013 and notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of other Member States of the European Union (EU).

It was likewise determined to notify the present decision to the EC and subject it to ratification by ANACOM's Management Board.
