By determination of 5 July 2013, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the methodology to be used for calculating the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net cost of universal service) covering postal services, pursuant to Lei Postal (Postal Law - Law no. 17/2012 of 26 April).
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties and to public consultation; a period of 20 working days has been provided in both cases. Comments should therefore be submitted no later than 8 August 2013, and should be sent by email to consulta.clsupostal@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.clsupostal@anacom.pt 1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public, whereby interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential for the purposes of publication on this website.
