ANACOM decided, by determination of 24 April 2013, to extend by a further 5 working days the deadline of the prior hearing and general consultation procedures to which the draft decision on the results of the audit to the net costs of the universal service provided by PT Comunicações, S. A. (PTC), concerning the financial periods from 2007 to 2009, was submitted, which had been approved by determination of 11 April 2013.
As such, comments from interested parties in the scope of the consultation procedure may be submitted until 22 May 2013. As earlier provided for, such comments should be sent by email to auditoriaCLSU@anacom.ptmailto:auditoriaCLSU@anacom.pt.
