The following additional panels were also in place at this summit meeting: i) presentation of conclusions from the report on Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue on Environmental Claims; ii) challenges and opportunities for development of legal powers at EU level for relevant issues; and iii) construction of a consumer-friendly internal market.

The EC plans to launch by the end of the first half of 2013 an online public consultation concerning cooperation regulation in the scope of consumer protection. In the consumer rights context it will also begin studies associated to legal issues and impact analyses.
