London hosted last 28 February the fifth meeting of the ERGP subgroup on End Users and Market Monitoring Outcomes.
Work planned for 2013 was discussed and begun, based on the ERGP working programme. In this regard, the subgroup has been charged with producing three reports: one with publication of the postal service quality indicators; another on best practices at regulation level for quality of service, user protection and complaint handling; and a third with publication of postal sector indicators.
The subgroup will also follow work carried out the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN) concerning standardisation associated to quality of service measurement, as well as the member states' approaches to gathering and publishing information about the market.
