The BEREC Framework Implementation expert working group met last 18 February in Brussels, where the participants discussed implementation of the 2013 working programme, including the following topics: regulatory capacity of the national regulatory authorities (NRAs), revision of the rules of procedure, machine-to-machine (M2M) and national authorisation systems.
