Recovery of rights of use of frequencies from RTP, SIC and TVI

By determination of 18 January 2013, ANACOM has issued a declaration giving notice of the recovery, without any charge and with effect from 26 April 2012, of rights of use of frequencies ICP-ANACOM no. 02/2006, granted to SIC - Sociedade Independente de Comunicação, ICP-ANACOM no. 03/2006, granted to TVI - Televisão Independente, and ICP-ANACOM nos. 01/2008, 02/2008, 03/2008 and 04/2008, granted to RTP - Rádio e Televisão de Portugal.

It was also determined to update the National Table of Frequency Allocations (NTFA) accordingly.
