The third ERGP plenary meeting was held last 22 November in Stockholm.
At this meeting the various subgroups reported on work carried out during the year, approving for publication the final reports on: i) quality of service and user satisfaction; ii) complaint handling and consumer defence; iii) postal sector indicators; and iv) access to network and postal structure information, including results from the mid-2012 public consultation whose summary document will likewise be published.
Also approved was the placement in public consultation last 30 November of the documents on cost allocation rules, the report on VAT as benefit or burden for the universal service provider and the 2013 working programme.
In 2013 the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) will turn over the ERGP presidency to the Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications (BIPT). The vice-presidency will be taken up by Romania's National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) together with PTS, replacing the Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes (ARCEP).
