ANACOM has renewed the electronic services provided in the amateur and amateur satellite services area. It is now possible for registered users to access new and improved forms covering all types of requests associated with these services.
Additionally, registered users can consult requests sent, the status of such requests and information relevant to their stations in their entity files. In addition an SMS alert service has been launched to facilitate communication between amateur users and ANACOM, making the system more effective and efficient.
The revamp of electronic services was undertaken with the aim of improving communication between amateurs, associations and ANACOM.
